You can use Daily Us for the purpose it was built for — practicing your marriage. Don't use it to harass anyone, scrape data, attack the infrastructure, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Everything you write inside the app — Weekly Sync entries, Annual Review reflections, Daily 60 completions, anything else — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership. We don't train models on it. We don't use it for marketing.

Daily Us is in open beta. Features will change, occasionally things will break. We're working on it. If something is seriously wrong, write hello@bytheway.biz — you'll get a real human reply.

Free for the first 7 days from signup — no card required. After day 7, you must subscribe to keep using Daily Us ($14.99/mo or $129/year per couple, billed via Stripe). Your data stays in place if you let the trial lapse; subscribing later unlocks it again. Cancel from inside the app any time.

Daily Us is a marriage practice tool, not a substitute for professional counseling. If your marriage is in crisis — abuse, addiction, infidelity, suicidal thoughts — please reach out to a licensed therapist or pastor. Daily Us is for the messy middle, not the emergency room.

You can stop using the app at any time. To delete your account, reply to any Daily Us email or write hello@bytheway.biz. We'll process the deletion within seven days.
